Getting a copy

Your profile has an export option that gives you everything we hold about you: your profile, the venues and roles you are involved in, your submissions and assignments, and the full history of every token that has passed through your account.

Deleting your account

You can ask us to erase you. What that means in practice:

  • Your profile, contact email, and personal details are removed.
  • Records that other people depend on are kept, but are no longer connected to you. That includes that a submission was reviewed, and that tokens moved between accounts. A venue's ledger has to stay balanced even after someone leaves, or the currency stops making sense for everyone still using it.
  • Thank-you notes you wrote are handled the same way.

Erasure cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in

Not everyone who wants their data removed still has an account they can get into. Write to the stewards and one of them can act on your request out of band. Expect to be asked something that establishes the account is yours.

Didn't find what you needed? Write to the stewards and we'll answer, and probably add an article.
